How do I save and forward my bank statements to Fast Access Finance?
Once you have completed your application, we will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to retrieve you bank statements using Credit Sense. Credit Sense is state of the art account verification software.
Alternatively, if you have a bank transaction listing covering all of the last 90 days (including yesterday) you can scan or photograph these pages with your Smart Phone and e-mail them to us. Files must be good quality (ie completely legible) and no bigger than 5mb.
Am I eligible for a loan?
You may be eligible for a loan if you:
Are over 18
Have a steady income, including Centrelink.
Get paid directly into your bank account.
Are not currently bankrupt or under a Part IX Debt Agreement.
Are currently and ordinarily resident in Australia.
What if I have bad credit?
Don’t worry. We can arrange loans for people who have a troubled credit history. The lenders we work with understand you’re a person and things don’t always go according to plan.
Here at Fast Access Finance decisions aren’t just based on what happened 2 or 3 years ago but rather on the present. We can help you as long as:
You meet the minimum requirements;
We can verify that we have a suitable loan for you; and
You have a reasonable explanation for any black mark that may appear on your credit history.
Also, we realise situations change. Just because you may have been declined for a loan previously through us does not mean you will not be eligible for a loan later if circumstances change.

How much can I borrow?
Available loans generally start from $300 and go up to $2,500.
How much you can borrow depends on your circumstances and the ability of the lender to verify them.
Our lenders are responsible and will not lend you more than you can afford to repay.
How do I get paid and how fast?
We aim to have all loans we arrange funded within 24 hours.
In most cases it will be the same day (depending on bank processing times).
Of course, all this depends on how fast you can provide the needed information and what time of the day you submit your application. Most banks don’t allow transfers after 3pm.
All applications submitted after 3pm AEST will be processed the next business day.
Do I need to fax or send any documents?
We use Credit Sense to retrieve your 90 days of bank transactions.
We will need to verify your identity and income which you can scan or take a photo with a Smart Phone and e-mail to us.
If your loan is approved, we will e-mail the loan documentation for you to sign electronically.
How long does it take to approve my application?
Once we have all the necessary documents and details a decision can usually be made within 30 minutes.
Obviously, there are situations or circumstances that may prevent an approval in that time frame but no matter what, we will ALWAYS work to get you an answer as soon as humanly possible.
We know no one likes to wait. Neither do we!
What if I cannot make my payment on the due date?
We know issues arise from time to time and we want you to know that we are here to HELP!
If for any reason you know you are not going to be able to make your next payment PLEASE call us in plenty of time to let us know.
We will try to work with you to make an arrangement that is suitable to the situation.
It is by far easier for us to help you if you let us know you are having troubles rather than waiting till the situation gets out of control.
In most cases we can set up a payment plan to get you back on track again.
What if my repayment falls on a public holiday?
Your repayment will be debited on the next working day.
How often do I have to make payments?
Payments are debited weekly of fortnightly for the term of the loan.
Can I make more payments than the loan contract says?
YES, there are no penalties for making additional payments.
The additional payments will just be deducted from the amount owed on the proceeding payments.
If you pay the loan off early you are eligible in most cases to apply to borrow again once the last payment has cleared.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
We want to make sure EVERY transaction with us is a great experience.
However, we understand that not everything always goes as planned.
If you’ve had a bad experience during one of your transactions, please contact us immediately so that we can work to rectify the situation and make things right.
If after talking to us, you don’t feel your complaint has been properly rectified you can make a complaint through your lender’s dispute resolution process.
Contact us for a copy of the applicable dispute resolution policy. We’re required by law and our lenders to make it available to you.

What if I’m bankrupt?
Unfortunately we cannot assist you if you are currently bankrupt or under a Part IX Debt Agreement.
Are there any credit checks?
Yes, the lender will do a credit search. This is an important part of them complying with their responsible lending obligations under the credit laws.
How do I make repayments?
Repayments are debited from your nominated bank account.
What are my responsibilities?
Your responsibilities are to ensure that you always keep us informed of any change in your circumstances.
You should always contact us if you change your address or phone number and if your financial situation changes.
When can I get another loan?
You can apply for another loan at any time. However, the government places restrictions on the number of Small Amount Credit Contracts you can have. Talk to us and we’ll be able to look at your circumstances and let you know if you’re eligible for further funding.
How do I know the documents I send have been received?
We will confirm receipt of your application and any supporting documentation.
If I am a previous or existing client, do I need to fill in my details again?
When you receive your first loan, you will be given a user name and password to log in as an existing customer.
Your details from your previous application will be available to review and confirm if there are any changes.
You will need to provide us with payslips or your Centrelink Income Statement and your last 90 days of bank transactions.
You will be asked to review and confirm whether your expenses have changed.
How can I find out how much is left on my current loan?
Contact us and we will be happy to give you a balance.
What is a SACC?
SACC stands for Small Amount Credit Contract.
A SACC is a loan of $2,000 or less, has a loan term of between 16 days and 1 year and is not provided by a bank or building society.
SACCs are unsecured.
Do I need to provide identification?
Yes. We are required by law to verify that you are who you say you are.
Do I need to provide bank statements?
Yes. We are required by law to verify the last 90 days of transactions for the account into which your income is deposited.
Can I have more than one loan at a time?
Yes this is possible but only in certain circumstances.
Can I apply with someone else?
Yes you can apply jointly.
What is E-Signing?
E Signing is an electronic method of signing your loan documents.
What is the interest rate on a loan?
There is no interest charged on SACC loans by law – they have an establishment fee and a monthly fee.
The interest rates on MACC loans are variable depending on how much you borrow. Contact us to get more information.
Are there any fees and charges?
Yes, depending on your loan product. There is an upfront fee (establishment fee) on all loans. SACCs also have a monthly fee (but no interest!). In the event of default there are other fees that may become applicable.
Is there an early exit fee?
No you can payout the loan any time without penalty.
How can I be sure a loan I get through Fast Access Finance complies with the responsible lending obligations?
For consumer credit, Fast Access Finance only deals with credit providers who hold an Australian Credit Licence – issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Each lender’s processes and procedures have been developed by an acknowledged legal expert in the field of consumer credit to ensure full compliance with the letter of the law. Also, no loan is approved until it has been fully assessed by at least two people and passed the lender’s credit assessment criteria.
I’m having financial hardship, what do I do?
Contact us straight away, and tell us what you’re going through. We’ll discuss the situation with the lender and see what information they need from you to support a change to your loan. By law the lender must make a decision within 28 days. However, we find that out lenders can make a decision within 1 or 2 days of receiving the information.
Some of the changes that can be made include:
Reducing repayments for a period of time
Stopping repayments for a short while
Extending the term of your loan
Suspending fees and charges
Do you call my employer?
Yes we do need to contact your employer to verify your employment.
How do I update my details?
You can contact us and we will be happy to update your details.
I have a new bank account, how do I update this?
You can update this by clicking on the online DDR form link on our webpage.
Is my information safe?
As well as being bound by the credit laws, we and our lenders are also bound by the Commonwealth privacy legislation, comprising the Privacy Act, the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can find out more about these at www.oaic.gov.au.
These laws regulate the way in which your personal and credit information can be dealt with. Put simply, we will only ever use your information in one of three ways:
